Can you tell me which of the small businesses you promoted/created actually makes a profit every year? Enough to be self sufficient? Better yet, anything that pays above a minimum wage standard?

Cody's only movie rental store will close its doors for good at the end of April.

Business 101 -Small town's such as Cody should be self sufficient when it come's to finances. Dollars drawn from seasonal tourism should be a bonus to the already strong local backbone. Unfortunately, the Silverspooners destroyed the small local business backbone of the economy. Now - without tourism, government funding and the local yippies begging for money every year, (grants) Cody would colapse. The BBHC, YRA, Chamber of Commerce, Yellowstone Recreations Foundation and the Heart Mountain Wyoming Foundation (to name a few) all beg for free handouts (your taxes) every year. Because they would fail without it. (No Skills)
